去深圳河放生：今天比需得去了，感觉蠢蠢欲动，于是上午开车去了益田村超市，因为旁边就是深圳河，这样买来的鱼拎过去刚好放生！买了鱼，赶紧快速的来到河边，今天的水很清澈，蓝天白云下深圳河流淌在绿色的城市！哇！太美了！当我把鱼倒入水中时，看到下游有一只白色的水鸟站在河边绿色的草与河水交界的的石头上！今天，得念点什么吧：皈依法、皈依僧、皈依佛，水里的鱼四散而去，仿佛寻找新的世界！放生完毕，我走上桥，突然看到来了一大群白色的水鸟，一只只飞快的扎入水中又飞起来，等等，它们在吃鱼！一瞬间我呆住了：原来这个世界的轮回里，我放生，可不变的是………………自然法则……………皈依僧、皈依佛、皈依法！

volunteering in temple
I have been taking my kids to a local Buddhist Temple to do some volunteer work when time is allowed on weekends. The kids are enjoying the friendly atmosphere and the people in the Temple are very kind and helpful. I hope by doing this can enlighten myself and my kids to learn more about the meaning of Buddism and share love and kindness with others.

I stopped a Facebook market seller from selling E-cigarettes by explaining how bad the vaping causes the body. I didn’t know the seller, and I was ready to accept scolding from the seller. Luckily the seller accepted not to sell and thank me for explaining.
