This week’s story comes from Sunol who helped an elderly neighbor fix his camera.

“On a Saturday afternoon, my phone rang, a call from my senior neighbor: ‘Hi, I want to use my camera, but somehow it takes multiple pictures with different exposures. Do you know how to fix it?’ I said, ‘Let me come over to take a look.’ I went to the neighbor’s house. He is in his wheelchair holding his camera. The setting looks correct. I remembered my camera had a similar problem. I turned the mode dial a few times and it’s back to normal. I told the neighbor it’s a common problem with this brand. I’m glad that I came by to fix the problem for him.”
