Inspire others with goodness while collecting all of our albums. Every good deed counts, no matter how small! All the Good Karma Music stories are posted below, so when you fill out the form, please confirm that the story can be shared. Entering your name and email is completely optional.

    I am sorry. I have not done a good deed recently. I have been busy with work and life. I recited a few times Namo Amitabha just now. I hope this suffice.

    I prepare breakfast for seniors each day. I dedicate the merits of my daily repentance practice to fellow practitioners, and I recite essential Bodhisattva precepts to strengthen and uphold my vows.

    I attended a Da Bei Zhou retreat at SBF and managed to get seats in the front rows with chairs that had backrests.

    As the hall filled with more people, there were not enough chairs with backrests, and some seniors had to sit on stools.

    My friend and I offered to exchange our seats with them so they could be more comfortable. They were very appreciative and were able to participate in the retreat happily.

    I try to enact the bodhisattva discipline as much as I can- that said l, one that sticks out to me is when I was on my way home from work recently and had stopped at Taco Bell for a little snack. I saw a man who I assumed to be without shelter and food security standing on the corner underneath a bridge. When i came to a stop, I couldn’t help but give him the burrito I had bought. He was thankful and I wished him freedom.

    I’m not very good at talking about my good deeds haha. Hope this will suffice!

    It was raining heavily the other day. I was waiting at the bus stop holding an umbrella. After a moment, a woman came and waited beside me. Since there was no shelter and she didn’t have an umbrella, I greeted her and shared the umbrella with her while waiting for the bus.
